Mind, Body, Goal Classes Terms and Conditions
Mind, Body, Goal personal training accepts no liability for any injury occuring as a result of taking part in classes, workshops or personal training sessions.
Your instructor is fully insured.
Correct information will always be provided in all classes, workshops and personal training sessions.
All classes must be booked and paid for in advance via BACS, Cash or Cheque.
All classes follow a 24 hour cancellation policy. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 24 hours.
Once payment has been made your place is held for the duration of the block. Your place will not be re-sold.
Pricing includes the expectation that you may not be able to attend every session within your block. In the event of absence, and providing at least 24 hours notice is given we can endeavor to accommodate you on another session – SPACE PERMITTING.
Sessions cannot be carried over from one block to another unless under exceptional circumstances.
Once you have a place on a block you will receive priority booking for that same space on the following block. Changing to another class time may only occur if space is available.
General class information
Sessions run in all weather conditions throughout the year- make sure you have the correct clothing/footwear to add to your comfort.
A health form, liability waiver and informed consent form must be completed by each person before participating in any classes. A medical clearance form may be required prior to participating in any sessions.
Bring water to keep hydrated.
The format of each session starts with a warm up, main work sets followed by cool down.
Eastbourne boot camp information
Prior to completing any sessions an induction must be completed. These take place at 08:15am in Gildredge Park on a Saturday morning and last approximately 40 minutes. Places MUST be booked in advance.
Each boot camp session lasts for 60 minutes duration.
Eastbourne bulgarian bag class information
Each class lasts for a duration of 45 minutes.
Inductions are run on a Thursday evening from 18:00 – 18:30
XTreme Wednesday Class Information
This class is for advanced trainees only who have been inducted into the use of kettlebell training and are competent runners.
Each session lasts for 45 minutes.
The location varies each week, notification will be e mailed on a Monday or Tuesday as to the location, but not what you are doing!
